The Data Science in Biomedicine MS is a fully online master's program with in-person programs that connect students to UCLA's research community in AI and Genomics in Medicine.

The Data Science in Biomedicine MS provides training in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Data Mining, Algorithms, and Analytics with applications to Genomics, Electronic Health Records, and Medical Images.

The Biodesign AI and Biobank AI programs provide supervised hands-on experience in working with UCLA Health clinical data as part of project teams.  Each student completes an individual capstone project.  In-person programs connect students to their cohort and the broader UCLA research community.

Early Admission for Fall Quarter

• If you apply to our program by January 15th, you will receive an admission decision by February 1st.
• If you apply to our program by February 15th, you will receive an admission decision by March 1st.
• If you apply to our program by March 15th, you will receive an admission decision by April 1st.
